Everything about how this website treats you, on one page.

Privacy Policy

ClariSure Life Sciences (“ClariSure”, “we”) collects the information you submit through forms on this site — typically your name, business email, employer, role and a description of your matter — together with standard technical data such as IP address, pages viewed and campaign parameters. We use it to respond to your enquiry, evaluate Expert Network applications, administer the ClariSure Intelligence early access list, send the Insights email where you have separately opted in, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information you provide about a compliance, quality or regulatory matter is treated as confidential business information, accessible only to ClariSure personnel who need it to respond, and not disclosed outside ClariSure without your permission except where legally required. Expert Network members are never displayed or named to a client without explicit consent. Service providers that host this site, store form submissions and send email process data on our behalf under contract.

You may ask us to confirm, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time via the contact form; marketing email always carries an unsubscribe link. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under the CCPA or the EU/UK GDPR, which we will honour where they apply. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit; please do not send confidential technical documentation through the website form — we will arrange a secure channel. This site is directed to business users and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms of Use

The content of this website is general information about ClariSure and its services. It is not legal, regulatory, medical or financial advice, and it creates no consulting relationship; applicability of any regulation or standard to a specific product, process or organization must be determined by qualified professionals, and requirements should be verified against the primary source before acting.

ClariSure provides consulting and advisory services. It is not a certification body, notified body, registrar or regulatory authority; it does not issue certifications, clearances, approvals or market authorizations, and it does not guarantee regulatory approval, clearance, certification, inspection outcome or compliance status. Regulatory responsibility remains at all times with the manufacturer, sponsor, specification developer, Marketing Authorization Holder or other legally accountable entity. Where this site describes ClariSure Intelligence, it describes a product in development: capabilities and availability are planned, may change, and constitute no commitment or offer.

Site content and design are owned by ClariSure or its licensors; you may view and print pages for your own reference but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. Third-party names and standards designations are used descriptively and imply no affiliation. Do not submit confidential, proprietary or personal health information through website forms. This site is provided “as is”; to the fullest extent permitted by law, ClariSure disclaims liability for reliance on its content. Services engaged under a written agreement are governed by that agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Accessibility

We build this site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our working standard: semantic structure and landmarks, contrast-checked color, visible keyboard focus and full keyboard operability, persistent form labels, text that reflows without horizontal scrolling, motion that respects reduced-motion preferences, and meaningful alternatives for informative graphics. Some functionality, including form handling, is provided by third-party services whose accessibility we do not fully control; where we identify a barrier we will raise it with the provider and offer another route to complete the task. If you encounter a barrier, tell us through the contact form — accessibility reports are treated as a priority, not as feedback.

Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies for the site and its forms to function, analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive, and attribution storage that remembers campaign parameters so an enquiry can be credited to its source. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell information collected here to advertising networks. Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies; blocking all cookies may prevent forms on this site from working.
